Reports say that Jace has abandoned Wizards of the Coast over a dispute about the wording of the abilities on the 3.0 version. Wizards says that the among the questionable abilities his seventh said "I win the Game."
The rules, however do not allow planeswalkers to win, just yet. His other abilities were also questionable, among them being "Draw a bunch of cards." Jace is probably going to sculpt some brains over the fact he isn't scheduled to be printed again... yet.
